STUFFED BAKED APPLES

Very yummy and fun to make with kids on cold rainy days like we're having now. Make up a mixture of sultanas, cinnamon and nutmeg, a little coconut, a dash of brown sugar. Core each apple, spoon in the mixture. Sit the apples on a greased baking tray. Drizzle some honey if you like. Bake in the oven at 180 deg C for about 20 mins. Eat!
