INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp olive oli
3 pork sausages, roughly cut into medium cubes with scissors
2 red chillies, sliced with seeds in
5 garlic cloves, crushed
50g butter
1/2 onion, finely sliced
1 courgette, diced
250ml creme fraiche
1 tbsp fresh dill
1 tbsp fresh parsley
salt and pepper to taste
wheat flour noodles, cooked

METHOD
Add the olive oil to a wok and stir fry the sausages with the chilli and garlic over a medium heat.
Meanwhile add the butter to a medium pan and fry the onion and courgette.
When the sausages are cooked add the sausages, chilli and garlic to the pan with the onion and courgette.
Add the crème fraîche to the wok and simmer for 1 minute. Then pour the crème fraîche from the wok into the pan with the sausages. Add the parsley and dill and stir.
Serve the sauce over the noodles.
