FOOD ALLERGIES/INTOLLERANCES

I am looking for anyone who can give me some direction as to where to locate decent recipies etc for a child who is showing signs of allergies to wheat, dairy, eggs, pears and citrus.

I am waiting on a paediatric appointment to get her properly tested for these reactions to foods so that we know for sure that they are genuine allergies. She reacts with rashes and hives if dairy and wheat touch her skin ans is violently sick and listless if either are ingested.

I only found out about the egg on because there was egg white in the gluten, wheat and dairy free bread I bought for her to try.

My daughter is 10 months old so weaning is a bit of a mine field at the minute. Any help or advice would be gratefully received. I have a couple of books from the library on cooking for children with allergies but it is nice to hear from people who are in a similar situation.
