INGREDIENTS
2 chicken breasts
1 carrot, grated
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 finger of ginger
Juice of half a lemon
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt
For the spice mix:
2 pinches of salt
2 pinches of pepper
Pinch of garlic powder
2 tablespoons of flour
Pinch of chili powder
Pinch of ground coriander
Pinch cumin
Pinch chilli flakes
Pinch sugar
Pinch dried onion
Pinch dried mixed herbs
Pinch nutmeg

METHOD
Roll the chicken breasts in the spice mix and shallow fry.
To make the carrot salad in a bowl mix the grated carrot with the grated ginger, the lemon juice, oil, salt, and the mustard seeds.
Serve the chicken with the carrot salad.
